Effortless Healing With Nature

As the global pandemic of Novel Coronavirus spreads rapidly around the globe, I wanted to discuss how nature can help boost your immune system and how nature can be used for effortless healing. I am not a doctor and this advice will not cure or prevent any disease, but I am a firm believer in the power of nature. Taking these effortless steps to help boost your energy and immune system may help you navigate these unsettled times.
Modern humans spend close to 90% of their time indoors, exposing themselves to harmful electro-smog frequencies from power lines, cell towers, cell phones, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, cordless phones, computers, televisions and now the novel 5G NETWORKS. We are shielding ourselves from the earth’s health benefits by removing ourselves from nature. There is compelling evidence that the earth’s magnetism, solar waves, frequencies, vibrations and energy are essential to life and effortless healing.
Earthing or Grounding is as simple as taking off your shoes and walking on the earth with your bare feet. The benefits to grounding yourself to the earth are numerous.
-Neutralize free radicals
-Reduced stress (regulate secretion of cortisol)
-Rapid reduction of inflammation and chronic pain
-Increased blood flow to your cells and tissues to provide more oxygen and nutrition.
-Accelerated healing from surgery or injuries
-Stabilizing effect on nervous system
-Improved cellular metabolism
Grounding yourself to the earth is like pushing a button on the immune system from disabled to enabled. When you ground yourself to the earth you are releasing accumulated positive ions from your body and replacing them with negative ions from the earth’s battery. EMF's are known to produce positive ion's which will lower the delivery of oxygen to your lungs and cells among many other problems. I will talk about the importance of clean air below.
Grounding creates homeostasis to enliven your amazing holographic and energetic human body. We need to ground in order to stabilize ourselves of all these unnatural EMF frequencies we are being bombarded with such as cell towers and now the novel 5G Networks. Grounding balances out your electrical system so there are not too many positive ions to negative ions. You need to be balanced!

The practice of grounding balances your cells for optimal energy. The trillions of cells in the human body are essentially a collection electrical circuits that transmit and receive energy. Without this electricity you would not be alive. Balancing this electricity by practicing grounding is important to your health and immune system.
Grounding also neutralizes free radicals which is paramount to your immune response. Free radicals are important to immune response, but you don’t want too many of them because they will attack your healthy cells. Grounding balances the amount of free radicals in your body so they can do their job properly. If you are grounding often they won’t attack your healthy cells and create inflammation because they have plenty of negative electrons to feed on from the earth’s battery.
Ironically dogs and animals are not being affected by this current novel coronavirus that we know of yet. This could be due to the fact that most animals are grounded and are fighting the infection by keeping their free radicals in balance and energetic frequencies in check. Animals don’t wear insulating shoes like humans. We need to learn to take our shoes off and tap into this invisible energy field right under our feet.
Instead of creating drugs to fight these viruses we could look to nature as our teacher and guide. We should also take a look at ourselves and understand that we are creating man-made frequencies that are not natural. These frequencies interrupt our immune system to create viruses. We should also look at all the unnatural GMO foods and pollution that is poisoning our bodies and lungs. I think it’s time for medical professionals to take a serious look at this correlation.
Novel 5G networks may be a big part of why Wuhan China was ground zero for this new virus. Our energetic bodies are not ready for this new 5G frequency and it is interrupting our immune systems and our energetic bodies ability to cope. 5G is known to interrupt the oxygen molecule and this may be why this virus is attacking the lungs. This is why it is so darn important to ground right now and get clean air.
Dr. Martin Pall, one of the leading voices on the dangers of EMFs recently stated: "Putting in tens of millions of 5G antennae without a single biological test of safety has to be about the stupidest ideas anyone has had in the history of the world."
Grounding to the earth is a perfect and effortless way of improving your health. It is one of the most important natural antioxidants that nature can provide for you. The cure could literally be right under our feet and we don’t know it. Do yourself a favor and take off your shoes and get outside on the wet grass, dirt or nearest beach and ground yourself!
The more sun you receive in the morning hours the more melatonin you will make at night. This will help you sleep better during these turbulent times. Getting a full dose of UVA, UVB, near infrared and far-infrared rays from the sun will help charge your batteries.
You are like a solar cell that derives energy from the sun and you need it just like a plant does. Energy is the key to your health! Natural sun frequencies are super important right now in order to reset our energetic bodies to a natural cosmic frequency.
Human health is tightly correlated to receiving the right amount and correct type of sunlight from the sun. Sunlight effects metabolism, the endocrine system, and the pineal gland. Human interactions with solar waves greatly effects the pineal gland. The lack of sunlight can lead to stress, depression, trouble sleeping and disturbances in our circadian rhythm.
Getting sunlight will also help produce serotonin which reboots the brain while you sleep so that you can wake up feeling refreshed. This will help with seasonal affective disorder as well. (SAD).
Exposure to the sun also prompts your skin to produce Vitamin D. This will help improve your mood by releasing endorphins. Vitamin D has been shown to lower your risk of dying from any cause and it may be one of the most important things you can do for your overall health right now.
Lastly, getting sun exposure will release nitric oxide which is great for modulating immune system function. I suggest going outside for at least 20 minutes daily in the nude without sunscreen to receive the most benefit depending on your latitude.
There is a great app called dminder that tracks your vitamin D IU's for the area that you live and gives you the best time to be out in the sun to receive the most vitamin D benefit. I would also ground yourself to the earth while sunbathing!
3) Fresh Air
Getting clean fresh air is vital during this coronavirus pandemic. You want your lungs full of oxygen and working optimally. Getting oxygen to your cells is just as important as eating the right food and drinking clean fresh structured water.
The main role of oxygen is to create energy in our bodies. It is the most essential element of life. Most bacteria and parasites are anaerobic, hating oxygen. So low oxygen allows bugs to wake up and begin feeding on us.
There is loads of research showing people who smoke or breathe dirty air are at higher risk of contracting pneumonia caused by viruses. Air pollution matters a lot to whether you are going to have mild illness or severe illness.
For example, Italy was the first country in Europe to mandate advanced biofuel use and unfortunately these biofuels are most likely made with GMO corn which is toxic to the body and lungs. This may be part of the reason we are seeing major outbreaks of COVID-19 in cities around the world along with the rollout of the novel 5G Networks in these cities.
City air can have as little as 12 to 15 percent oxygen compared to 20+percent in nature. Reduced oxygen levels cause or worsen feelings of sickness, ill health, anxiety, desperation and depression. Indoor air can be 30 times more polluted than downtown New York City!
Indoor air is filled with bacteria, viruses, mold, dust, smoke, paints, solvents, cleaners, detergents, new carpets, new furniture, radon, carbon monoxide, natural gas, unnatural manmade frequencies and many more pollutants that live inside our indoor spaces. Mold and unnatural man-made frequencies are some of the worst offenders.
Getting outside and getting some fresh clean air will help oxygenate your cells so they can perform optimally. The best air to breathe deeply is highly energized and oxygenated air from forests, mountains and nature. Having an optimal level of oxygen is one of the most important components for a healthy body and a strong healthy bio-energy field.
4) Back To Nature
As I like to say, “the silence in nature is filled with the presence of everything.” In todays world we are bombarded by sensory overload. This will overload your central nervous system and can lead to serious neurotransmitter imbalances. Your body will not be able to produce enough calming neurotransmitters like serotonin and GABA in order to keep up with the overload.
Get outside and enjoy some silence and stillness in your life. Leave your cellphone behind! If you calm the mind it will do wonders for your parasympathetic system. If you shift your energy from fight or flight to a more peaceful existence you will shift your energy, blood, and nutrients into your core for healing, repair, rest and digestion.
Stress has many manifestations in the human body. These include a compromised immune system, high blood pressure, cardiac arrhythmia, heart attack, stroke, insomnia, and hastening of diabetes. Nature has been shown to significantly lower cortisol levels and create a balance in autonomic functions.
Interestingly enough, our brain frequency controls our immune system, creativity, stress, anxiety, and performance. If this gets out of whack by external forces such as cell phones, 5G Networks, Wi-Fi, electronics, radio waves, microwaves, EMF and man made frequencies then we can get sick and our circadian rhythms will get out of balance.
Our energetic bodies are being bombarded by these unnatural wavelengths and it is short circuiting our natural biorhythms. Being out in nature will help reset your body to the earths pulse (Schumann Resonance) of healing and relaxation.
Quintessence is considered to have the power of life. Ancient lore described this as the region of the universe above the terrestrial sphere. It is thought to be heavenly and not of the material world. Unfortunately we have blanketed the skies with satellites and are now shielding ourselves from these beneficial celestial bodies. We are also bombarding ourselves with unnatural frequencies from these satellites and it is messing up our immune systems and biorhythms.
Fortunately, we as humans receive some of the benefits of quintessence through our magnetic field and Schumann Resonance. These are natural frequencies we cannot see and are not apart of the material world. In order to get the benefits of these we must go outside in nature to receive them.
The Schumann Resonance is considered to be the “earth’s pulse” at 7.83 hertz. Interestingly enough, the Schumann Resonance is exactly the same frequency as our alpha brain waves at 7.83 hertz. These electrical impulses in our brain cause us to dream, laugh, think, see and move.
I don't understand why we as a modern society haven't developed communication channels around the same frequency of the "earth's pulse". If you understand quantum physics we are already communicating through this frequency, but we as humans are not developed enough to understand how to use it properly.
Ancient civilizations were much more in-tune with this frequency than we are. Why do you think they built the pyramids? The point on the top of the pyramid collected the energy of the universe and distributed it to the massive base on the ground. Many animals on earth are tuned into the earth's frequency and know how to use it to their advantage with their innate abilities.
For example, the horns and points on a bull elk is like an antenna that collects this energy and it gets distributed back to the earth. The bull elk is participating in the laws of nature, which requires that a balanced electrical exchange of the cosmos and earth is happening.
Instead we have created unnatural and harmful man-made frequencies in order to communicate and it is messing with our DNA and immune systems. Our cellular channels are being compromised on a daily basis because of the EMF exposure. We need to tune back into the natural frequencies of the universe.
The oscillation of this Schumann resonance wave affects the brain through the magnetite located near the pituitary gland as well as the pineal gland. The Schumann Resonance also runs at the same frequency as the main control centers of the human brain, the hippocampus and hypothalamus.
Researcher Dr. Wolfgang Ludwig discovered that the 7.83 hertz frequency (earth’s pulse) is the prime timer for biorhythms in the body. This frequency not only exhibited as the alpha brain wave, but is the primary EEG in every animal on earth. He discovered that a lack of Schumann Resonance and geomagnetic waves will induce stress in living creatures.
Getting outside to receive your quintessence of nature neurons is vital right now. With the possibility of 5G coming our way (It's already installed in WuHan China and Italy and parts of the US) we better be prepared for another onslaught of unnatural frequencies that may disrupt our immune systems which will create new viruses all around us. We could be looking at a new normal of novel viruses if we're not careful.
Nature’s Healing Wisdom
We are interconnected to Mother Earth and her brilliant beams of energy. We as a society have lost sight of this healing energy right outside our doors and right under our feet. We have shielded ourselves from receiving the benefits that nature has to offer in recent history.
We are spending close to 90% of our time in our polluted indoor environments. We are living in our faraday cages like prisoners and we are not outside grounding ourselves to the earth or getting enough sunshine. We are breathing polluted air, drinking compromised water sources and eating deficient food sources filled with poisons. Our nature neurons no longer function properly because we are not receiving the benefits of the magnetic field and Schumann Resonance to protect us from all these man-made frequencies.
We are stressed out and bombarded by sensory overload. We need to take a step back and look to nature instead of science in order to take our life and health back into our own hands. Cleaning up our diets and living in symbiosis with our environment would be a good start.
We need to stop striping the earth of all its resources and come to understand that we can live in harmony with Mother Earth if we put our minds to it. We need to stop this insanity of creating more and more unnatural frequencies all around us and in the sky above us. This is recking havoc on our electrical bodies.
The doorway to peace, happiness and health is found in the laws of nature, which requires that you participate in the natural electrical exchange of the cosmos and earth. Having proper electro-biologic hygiene means breaking the chains of our faraday cages (buildings/automobiles) and participating in the natural electrical exchange of the universe. In other words get outside and get away from your artificial surroundings and link yourself to the earth through balanced electrical exchanges and you will start feeling like a human again!
Nature is the ultimate poet of spirit and bearer of spiritual and healing wisdom. She has an honest and indigenous soul that expresses herself through beauty, purity, vibrance, peace, clarity, and enchantment. She is lush, crisp, delightful, earthy, vivid, heavenly, healing and wild. However, her dark side can be brutal, scary and cruel at times too. Honor her presence and she will honor you. She is capable of healing you if you let her.
I am a firm believer that self isolation and helping flatten the curve is the right choice; however, I do not agree with quarantining people to the degree that they cannot go outside and get all of "nature's good tidings" as John Muir once said.
If we look at Italy by example, I see people stressed out inside their homes exposed to all the bad news on the TV, indoor pollutants, WiFi, cell phones, 5G networks, with no exercise, no sun exposure, no fresh air, no grounding and no good frequencies from the earth. I see that this is doing more harm than good. This is crashing their immune systems and making things worse off. I believe this too will happen in the United States and other countries.
If we want to flatten the curve we need to let people out of their homes to get all of the "good tidings" that nature has to offer. Closing parks and access to nature is not the cure here. I understand you will get people who do not respect how serious this situation is and the government therefore has to close off beaches to spring breakers and city parks alike, but if we can all respect the rules we may have a fighting chance against this virus.
We are making choices in this country right now (following Italy's lead) that will make the situation worse for all our health care workers. If we can all do our part by bio-hacking our health with nature right now to lesson the burden on our health care system then I think that is the right choice. Nature can heal!
Unfortunately we will get part of the population that will not respect the 6 foot rule and ruin it for everyone else. We need to find a balance here before it's too late. If you do go outside and get all of nature's "good tidings" please respect the rules and other people around you.
The most important thing you can do for yourself right now during these unsettled times is to take a daily break and get your nature fix by grounding, getting sunshine, fresh air and receiving the natural frequencies of the earth. Turn off the bad news on the TV and go do something great for your sanity and health. Having a positive mindset and reducing your stress and anxiety right now is probably the most important thing you can do.
Trust that nature can heal and all of this too shall pass if we collectively start participating in the natural electrical exchange of the cosmos and earth. We need to take a step back and evaluate whether introducing man-made frequencies and poisoning our food system and air quality with GMO's is the right choice for the overall global health of humankind.
Remember that wild animals who haven't been soiled by the hands of man know no sickness!
